The Service does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All content, data, analytics, and user-shared information is for general informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or delayed. 4. User Accounts

• Access is tiered: Observer (free), Trader, and Pro (paid via Stripe).

6. User Content and Conduct

• You retain ownership of your trades, notes, and shared content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service.
• You are responsible for your content and agree not to post illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
• Prohibited: Spamming, harassing, impersonating, or sharing non-public information.

7. Third-Party Data and Integrations

Market data is provided by third parties (e.g., Finnhub). We do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. Broker integrations are for import only; we are not responsible for broker errors.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.
